Cancellation Steps
Open Account & Settings
Sign in at primevideo.com, then click (or tap) your profile and open Account & Settings.
Find your channel subscription
Select the Channels tab and locate the standalone Prime Video Channel you want to cancel.
Cancel the channel
Click (or tap) Cancel Channel (shown as Unsubscribe in some views) for that subscription.
Confirm cancellation
Confirm to stop future billing. The subscription end date is shown on the confirmation screen, and you keep access until then.
Added through Apple, Google or a TV provider?
Channels you subscribed to through Apple, Google Play, or a cable/mobile provider can't be cancelled here — you must cancel directly with that provider.
Refund policy
If you haven't streamed any content during the current billing period, Amazon may refund the most recent charge; otherwise the membership runs to the end of the paid period.
- Standalone Prime Video is separate from full Amazon Prime benefits.
- Access to Prime Video continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Subscriptions billed via Apple or Google must be refunded through those stores.
Common issues
Can't find Prime Video in the list
Confirm you're signed into the correct Amazon account; the membership only appears under the account that was charged for it.
Confusing it with Amazon Prime
If you see full shipping and shopping benefits, you have Amazon Prime, not the standalone Prime Video plan—use the Amazon Prime cancellation steps instead.
