Cancellation Steps
Open Subscriptions in Settings
On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name in the sidebar, then click Account Settings and scroll to Subscriptions.
Select your Apple One bundle
Under Active, tap (or click) your Apple One subscription to open its management screen.
Choose how much to cancel
Tap Cancel All Services to end the entire Apple One bundle at once. If you'd rather keep some services, tap Choose Individual Services instead and cancel only the ones you don't want.
Confirm the cancellation
Confirm when prompted. If you don't see a Cancel option, the subscription is already cancelled or wasn't billed through Apple.
Keep access until the billing date
Apple One continues to work until the end of your current billing period, then access ends. You won't be charged again.
Refund Policy
Apple typically does not refund partial subscription periods, but you keep all Apple One services until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds are discretionary in the US and can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- After canceling, Apple One stays active until your next renewal date.
- Canceling Apple One ends Music, TV+, iCloud+, Arcade, News+, and Fitness+ that were bundled in the plan.
Common Issues
No Cancel button appears
If there is no Cancel All Services option, the subscription is already canceled or was purchased through a different Apple ID—sign in with the account used for billing.
iCloud storage now over limit
Apple One includes iCloud+ storage, so after cancellation your iCloud may exceed the free 5GB tier; back up or delete data to avoid sync issues.
