Cancellation Steps
Sign in to your Adobe account
Go to account.adobe.com/plans and sign in with your Adobe ID. Your active Creative Cloud plan is listed under Plans.
Open Manage plan
Find the Creative Cloud plan you want to cancel and click (or tap) Manage plan.
Select Cancel your plan
Click (or tap) Cancel your plan. You may be shown retention offers or the option to switch to a cheaper plan first.
Review the early termination fee, then confirm
Adobe discloses any charges before you finish: on an annual plan paid monthly cancelled after the 14-day return window, an early termination fee of 50% of your remaining contract balance applies. Review the fee and the date your access ends, then follow the on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation.
Billed through a third party?
If you bought Creative Cloud through Apple, Google, or Microsoft, Adobe can't cancel it. Cancel through that provider's subscription settings (for example, the Apple App Store or Google Play) instead.
Refund Policy
Adobe gives a full refund only within 14 days of purchase; after that, annual plans carry an early-termination fee.
- Cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund (annual or monthly).
- On an annual plan paid monthly, cancelling after 14 days charges an early-termination fee of 50% of the remaining contract amount.
- You can avoid the fee by letting the annual term run to its end date instead of cancelling early.
- Month-to-month plans can be cancelled anytime with no early-termination fee.
Common Issues
Unexpected early-termination charge
Annual plans billed monthly are a 12-month commitment; cancelling mid-term triggers a 50% of remaining payments fee unless you're within the 14-day window.
Cancel button keeps offering discounts
Adobe's retention flow may present plan-switch or discount offers; choose Continue to cancel at each step to finish.
