Cancellation Steps
Sign in and open your account
Log in at peacocktv.com, then click (or tap) your profile icon in the upper-right corner and select Account.
Go to Plans & Payments
Scroll to the Plans & Payments section of your account and click (or tap) Cancel next to your Peacock plan.
Tell Peacock why you're leaving
Choose a reason for cancelling on the form and click (or tap) Continue.
Confirm the cancellation
Click (or tap) Cancel Plan to finish. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Billed through an app store?
If you signed up through Apple, Google Play, Roku, or a provider like Xfinity, you must cancel in that provider's subscription settings instead of on Peacock.
Refund policy
Peacock does not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods; your subscription simply runs until the date you've already paid through.

- You keep full access until the end of the current billing cycle.
- If you were billed via Apple or Google, refund requests must go through that store.
Common issues
No Cancel option appears
If you don't see a Cancel Plan link, you likely signed up through Apple, Google, or a partner like Xfinity—cancel through that billing provider instead.
Still charged after cancelling
Make sure you completed the final confirmation screen; a cancellation isn't saved until you see a confirmation that your plan ends on a specific date.
