Cancellation Steps
Sign in on the website
Go to ParamountPlus.com in a computer or mobile browser and sign in with the account you subscribed with directly.
Go to your Account page
Click (or tap) your profile in the top corner, then select Account.
Click Cancel Subscription
On the Account page, click (or tap) the Cancel Subscription link.
Follow the prompts to confirm
Complete the on-screen prompts to confirm. Your access continues until the next renewal date, and past fees are not refunded.
If you signed up through an app store or partner
If you subscribed via Apple, Amazon, Google Play, Roku, or another billing partner, you must cancel through that service instead of Paramount+.
Refund Policy
Paramount+ does not issue refunds for partial subscription periods. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No pro-rated refunds for unused time.
- Access remains active until the paid period ends.
Common Issues
Billed via a Third Party?
If you subscribed through Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, or a cable/mobile partner, cancel in that provider's subscription settings — Paramount+'s page won't show a cancel option.
Annual Plan Timing
If you're on an annual plan, cancelling still keeps access until the full year ends — there's no refund for the remaining months.
