Cancellation Steps
Sign in to your Account page
Open Hulu.com in a computer or mobile browser, sign in, and go to your Account page.
Start the cancellation
Under Your Subscription, click (or tap) Cancel and follow the on-screen instructions.
Skip the pause offer
If you're offered the option to pause your subscription instead, select Continue to Cancel.
Confirm cancellation
Once finished, your Account page should read "Your subscription will be canceled" and you'll get a confirmation email. You keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.
If you pay through a third party
If you subscribed through a billing partner such as Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, or Spotify, the steps differ and you'll need to cancel directly with that provider.
Refund Policy
Hulu does not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the current cycle.
- No pro-rated refunds for unused time.
- Access runs through the end of the paid period.
Common Issues
Billed via a Third Party?
If you pay through Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, Spotify, or a Disney bundle, cancel in that provider's subscription settings — Hulu's own page won't let you cancel.
Consider Pausing Instead
Hulu lets you pause your subscription for up to 12 weeks; during a pause you aren't billed and can resume anytime without losing your profile.
