SuperGrok Price History

SuperGrok comes in three tiers in the US: SuperGrok Lite at $10 per month ($100 per year), SuperGrok at $30 per month ($300 per year) and SuperGrok Heavy at $300 per month. Each tier has kept its launch price — no increases so far.

They're separate subscriptions from separate companies. X Premium ($3–$40/month, sold by X) bundles social features with increased Grok limits inside the X app. SuperGrok (sold by xAI at grok.com and in the Grok apps) is a dedicated AI subscription with its own, higher limits. Buying one does not include the other.

SuperGrok Lite ($10/month, launched March 2026) offers higher usage limits than the free tier. SuperGrok ($30/month, launched with Grok 3 in February 2025) adds much higher limits and early access to new features. SuperGrok Heavy ($300/month, launched with Grok 4 in July 2025) has the highest limits and first access to xAI's newest models.

Yes. Grok is free to use with rate-limited chat and voice at grok.com, in the Grok mobile apps, and inside X. The paid SuperGrok tiers raise those limits and unlock earlier access to new models.

No. SuperGrok has stayed at $30 per month since its February 2025 debut alongside Grok 3, Heavy has held $300 since launching with Grok 4 in July 2025, and Lite has stayed at $10 since March 2026. That's in sharp contrast to X Premium+, which has more than doubled over the same period.

If you subscribed on the web, log in at grok.com and open your billing settings to manage or cancel the subscription. If you subscribed in the Grok iOS or Android app, cancel through Apple's or Google Play's subscription settings. Web purchases aren't automatically refunded for partial periods — refund requests go through xAI support.
