Questions

Peloton App pricing FAQ

How much has Peloton App gone up in price?
As of Sep 2026, Peloton App One costs $12.99/month in the US — unchanged from $12.99 since 2023. A flat price is still part of the index: dropping services that have not raised prices would overstate the aggregate increase across tracked plans. We have not yet recorded a price-change event for this plan; the launch price is the current price. If Peloton App announces a change, we log it as a dated event with a primary source — an official newsroom post or reputable reporting — and recompute every figure from that log. Prices are US list prices in USD, excluding tax; promotional and app-store rates can differ. Subscription Price Guide is an independent index and is not affiliated with Peloton App. Every statistic on this page — current price, total increase, hike count, highs and lows — is computed at build time from the stored event log, so the page, the structured data and the index cannot disagree.
How much is the Peloton App per month in 2026?
The Peloton App has two paid US list-price tiers: App One at $12.99/month and App+ at $28.99/month. App One has not changed since it launched in May 2023; App+ rose from $24 on October 1, 2025. Billing through the Apple App Store is $15.99/month for App One because of Apple's fees — Peloton's web list rate is $12.99. Neither membership requires owning Peloton equipment.
Do you need Peloton equipment to use the Peloton App?
No. The Peloton App is Peloton's equipment-free membership: you stream strength, yoga, meditation, running, and cycling classes on a phone, tablet, or TV, using any brand of equipment or none at all. Owners of Peloton hardware instead need the separate All-Access Membership, which rose to $49.99/month in October 2025.
What's the difference between Peloton App One and App+?
App One ($12.99/month) covers non-equipment classes such as strength, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, meditation, and outdoor runs, plus a limited selection of equipment-based cardio classes. App+ ($28.99/month) unlocks the full library, with unlimited cycling, treadmill, and rowing classes you can follow on any brand of bike, treadmill, or rower.
Does the Peloton App have a free trial?
Yes. New app members get a 30-day free trial; a credit card is required and the membership starts billing automatically when the trial ends. Peloton also runs periodic promotions for new members, such as multi-month introductory offers around the New Year.
Why did my Peloton App membership bill go up?
If you pay through the Apple App Store, App One rose to $15.99/month on October 1, 2025 because of Apple's fees; Peloton's US web list price stayed $12.99, and you can switch billing to onepeloton.com to keep that rate. App+ did rise for everyone, from $24 to $28.99/month on the same date, with existing members billed on their first cycle on or after October 31, 2025.
Is there an annual plan for the Peloton App?
Yes. App One is $129/year on Peloton's website ($159.99/year via iOS). App+ is $289.99/year, about $24.17/month and roughly $58 less than twelve months at $28.99. Annual plans through Peloton's site are billed in one upfront charge; iOS annual billing is sold through the App Store.
What happened to the old Peloton Digital membership?
Peloton Digital, the original $12.99/month equipment-free app plan, was retired on May 23, 2023, when Peloton split the app into a limited free tier, App One, and App+. App One launched at $12.99/month and is still that US web list price. App+ launched at $24/month and rose to $28.99 in October 2025.
